Pelvic Floor Disorders That We Treat include conditions such as the Ratchton Score, Hyperkobility, Hypermobility, and To Be Crewer Weyone Lour. We also address a wide range of concerns including urinary incontinence, fecal incontinence, constipation, pelvic pain, pudendal neuralgia, birth preparation, postpartum care, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis recti, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, urinary urgency, sexual dysfunction, and general pelvic floor dysfunction.
Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders happen when multiple joints in the body have excessive motion. This can be caused by a number of factors.
Hypermobility can cause joint instability, pain, and muscle stiffness.
We treat gait by assessing how the body moves and identifying any imbalances or dysfunctions. Treatment focuses on improving strength, mobility, coordination, and alignment to support efficient, pain-free walking. We also address core and pelvic floor stability as needed to restore balanced movement.
I’m a pelvic floor and orthopedic physical therapist dedicated to providing patient-centered care that goes beyond symptoms to address the whole person. I believe healing happens when we consider the body as an integrated system—recognizing how musculoskeletal, neurological, and emotional factors all interact. Whether you're navigating chronic pain, recovering from injury, or seeking support for pelvic health, my approach is rooted in collaboration, education, and individualized treatment plans tailored to your unique goals and lifestyle.
